Aksel’s grandfather introduced weightlifting to him at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

I train for a healthy and strong body and mind. Guiding others on this path is my passion, and as a mother of two, I take particular joy in helping fellow moms discover their strength. I believe we should work hard to be our best selves, mentally and physically, so we can better serve those who rely on us, and our communities.  I strive to teach my clients how to safely and effectively increase their strength, endurance, balance, and stability. Fitness should be fun, so I always mix it up and laugh a lot. Nothing makes be happier than seeing my clients achieve their goals!

With a background in gymnastics, Joel has a passion for applying his experience to helping you develop lean muscle and healthy joints.

Jim’s passion as a trainer is to empower his clients to realize their fitness goals through positive encouragement and targeted guidance tailored to what they are trying to achieve whether it’s looking better, feeling better, living a longer and healthier life, or optimizing performance.  Jim believes health and fitness are lifelong goals so he focuses on ensuring his clients are able to master basic functional movements as a solid foundation coupled with an integrated program of strength, cardiovascular, core, and mobility training that continues to progress over time.  He believes everyone can do their best at whatever level they may be, and that exercise can be a fun and positive experience!
